We understand that plans change. We simply ask for reasonable notice so we can offer the slot to another client.
Full deposit refund. You may also choose to reschedule to another date at no cost.
The deposit is non-refundable. However, you may reschedule once to a date within the next 30 days, subject to availability.
If you are not available at the agreed time and location without prior notice, this is considered a no-show. The full session fee will be charged.
In the rare event that we need to cancel, you will receive a full refund of your deposit and will be offered priority rebooking.
